This is the internal shop system of Silver State Plastics, LLC. It records the work the shop does and who did it. It is not a public service and has no public sign-up.
What we hold about staff
Your name, your work cell number, your role, and the record of what you did in the system: work you started and finished, time recorded against a job, materials you confirmed, notes and photos you added, and the changes you made. This is ordinary business record-keeping — the shop's account of its own work.
Your cell number
Your number is your account. It is used to text you a sign-in code and to reach you about work. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing. Sign-in codes are stored only as an unreadable hash, never as the code itself.
What we hold about customers
Company and contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery details and the history of their orders — the information needed to make and deliver their work. Prices, invoices and payments are kept in QuickBooks, not here.
Who can see it
Only staff whose numbers are on the list, and only the parts their role allows. Access ends the moment an administrator removes somebody, which signs them out of every device immediately.
Where it is kept
On managed hosting in the United States, reached over an encrypted connection. Records are kept as long as the business needs them for its own accounts and for the history of a job.
Timekeeping
Time recorded against a job describes the job, not the person. It is used to plan and estimate work. It is not a payroll system and is not used to rank employees.
